How long will it take to receive my prescriptions?
It can take at least 10-14 business days to process your order once we have received a valid prescription accompanied by your completed
Order Form. Please allow additional 7-10 business days for shipping time.
The entire ordering process can take up to 21 working days before your prescription medications arrive to your door.
How much do I need to pay for shipping my medication?
Our shipping fee is $9.99 CDN per package, not per drug. This is a flat rate per shipment, regardless of the number of drugs that you order. Once your package has been shipped, you may track your order online through the Canada Post automated parcel-tracking system for which a link has been provided. Please
contact us if you require your tracking number.

You can track your package using Canada Posts' website. Receive your tracking number by contacting Canadameds Direct Doctor either by
e-mail or by telephone.
